Commercial art, considered differently

Art. Architecture.Place.

We position exceptional artists, promote their work to the people creating exceptional spaces, and develop those relationships into something lasting.

About Us

WE MATCH SERIOUS ARTISTS WITH SPACES THAT DESERVE THEM

The Locus Collection is a commercial art consultancy for the built environment. We represent a small group of artists whose work holds its own in serious spaces, and we put it in front of the designers, architects and developers shaping them. Every placement starts with the room.

01

Position

We choose artists with care and present them properly. A clear story, a strong portfolio and a market position that is theirs alone.

02

Promote

We take the work to the people who specify and commission it: interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality teams. Introductions, not mailshots.

03

Develop

A first commission is the start. We stay close to the relationship, so one project leads to the next for the artist and the client.

Your questions, answered clearly

It depends on scale, medium and installation. We agree a timeline and key milestones at the start, so you know what to expect. As a guide, a single large commission typically takes 6 to 16 weeks from sign-off.

Every commission is quoted individually, based on size, medium and complexity. You receive a clear price before any work begins.

Yes. Artwork is packed and insured for transit, and we coordinate delivery and installation to suit the project. Costs and timings depend on the destination.

Yes, at the agreed stages. The artist shares digital sketches before the final piece begins, so feedback comes early, when it is easiest to act upon.

You have the option of an original commission, prints or digital artwork.
